Dear Nibley Elementary School Family,

Welcome back! I hope your summer was full of fun, rest, and maybe a little adventure. We are so excited to kick off another amazing school year at Nibley Elementary—a place where learning is joyful, relationships are strong, and every student is supported on their journey to success.

To our returning families, thank you for continuing to be a vital part of our school community. Your trust and partnership are what help make Nibley such a special place. And to our new families—welcome! We’re so glad you’re here and can’t wait to get to know you better. You’re now part of a school family that celebrates curiosity, kindness, and hard work.

Here at Nibley, our mission is all about helping every student grow—academically, socially, and emotionally. Our dedicated team of teachers and staff are ready to do whatever it takes to support your children, and we’re already looking forward to all the learning, laughter, and accomplishments the year will bring.

As we dive into this new year, I’m filled with excitement and gratitude. Nibley Elementary has a proud tradition of excellence, and I know—with all of us working together—we’re going to make this year one to remember.

Back to School Night on August 19th 

• Parent Meeting 5:30-5:45 or 6:45-7:00
• Open House: 5:45-6:45
• Food Trucks: 5:15-7:30

PowerSchool Notifications:

During the school year, the school sends out general information and reminders via emails, phone calls, and text messages. You are the only one who can update your information and settings in PowerSchool. Please log in to Powerschool and make sure that this information is current. Without changing your preferences, you will not receive text messages.

Kindergarten Info:

All kindergarten students and their parents will need to sign up and come in for a 30 minute assessment on July 30-31. This testing needs to be completed before class list can be created. You will receive more information during July in a letter or email that will be mailed to you.

Class Lists:

Class lists will be posted on PowerSchool the begining to middle of August. Approx. August 8th.  If your child’s name is not listed, that means we don’t have all the required registration information we need. Please call the office 435-792-7676 to complete your registration.  

School and District Policies:
Please review the following policies with your children: Cell Phone Usage Policy, Dress Code/Rules of Conduct Policy, Acceptable Use Policy The Dress Code Policy will be helpful when shopping for Back-to-School clothes.
